HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
The hotel(s) require a first night’s deposit of room and tax or credit card, per room, to guarantee individual reservations. The Hotel accepts all major credit cards as a guarantee. Guests may cancel individual reservations up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty to the individual. Cancellations received inside of 30 days of arrival will forfeit first night room and tax deposit. All guests will be required to provide a credit card imprint upon check-in.

Discounted parking at all three hotels $8/vehicle/night. Free parking at the convention center.

CTAT staff, volunteers, contractors and attendees will be expected to adhere to any mask requirements set forth from the CDC, City of Galveston, the Galveston Convention Center and/or the local health authority at the time of the conference.
