The hotel(s) require a first night’s deposit of room and tax or credit card, per room, to guarantee individual reservations. The Hotel accepts all major credit cards as a guarantee. Guests may cancel individual reservations up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty to the individual. Cancellations received inside of 30 days of arrival will forfeit first night room and tax deposit. All guests will be required to provide a credit card imprint upon check-in.

Parking Information

Discounted parking at all three hotels $8/vehicle/night. Free parking at the convention center.

  • Rainforest Cafe - Visit for a bite of American and tropical favorites, desserts and rainforest-themed souvenirs! Open daily.

  • CTAT staff, volunteers, contractors and attendees will be expected to adhere to any mask requirements set forth from the CDC, City of Galveston, the Galveston Convention Center and/or the local health authority at the time of the conference.

  • CTAT requests that participants and volunteers self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. 

  • CTAT requires participants and volunteers to sign a Liability Waiver and Release of Claims that requires participants to assume the risk and provide for a medical acknowledgment release.
