Hotel Reservation and Cancellation Policy

In order to reserve a room at the discounted rate, a deposit in the amount of one room night plus tax will be charged to the provided credit card 30 days prior to the date of arrival.  Failure to cancel a reservation 30 days prior to arrival, will result in payment for one room night plus tax. The deposit is not refundable. For those paying onsite by check, the deposit will be credited to the credit card provided.
