Is registration for the full conference required in order to attend an additional training?

Yes, to attend any additional training you have to be registered for the conference.

Is one day registration available?

No, registration includes the full conference duration.

 

If I'm unable to attend, do you accept substitutions?

Yes, please send substitution information as soon as possible to jami@ctat.org.

Do you have to be a CTAT member to attend the conference?

No, you do not have to be a CTAT member to attend conference.

If I cancel, will I receive a full refund?

Refund requests must be made in writing to registration@ctat.org on or before January 20, 2023. A 20% cancellation fee per individual will be deducted from any refund request received on or before January 20, 2023. After that date, there will be no refund of registration fees; however, substitutions and name changes may be submitted in writing to registration@ctat.org. Refunds will be issued after the conference.

Are there fees for parking?

Self and valet parking available. 

How many CEU's will I receive?

The CEU’s earned are based on how many sessions you attend. You can track in the CTAT Conference app.

Is payment required before I can attend the conference?

Payment is required to attend the conference. Acceptable forms of payment include, credit card, check and purchase orders.

What type of meals are provided to attendees?

Breakfast/coffee is provided in the mornings during the conference. Lunches will be provided during the additional trainings. There will be light appetizers served during the conference social.

Do I contact CTAT to book my hotel or do I contact the hotel directly?

You will book your hotel through the hotel website.

What should I wear to conference?

Business casual, wear layers because is can be cold in the convention center.

Can I pay my membership dues and conference registration fee all at the same time?

No. When you start your registration, if you are not a CTAT member and you want to join, you can click the "Join" button and will be redirected to the CTAT website to pay your membership dues first. Once your membership has been paid for, you will head back to the conference registration to register for the conference at the member rate. If you have any questions, contact jami@ctat.org.
