November 18 - Exhibitor Contracts Deadline (Applications received after November 18 will be assigned space on a first come-first served basis, $500 late fee and are subject to availability)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing to leslie@ctat.org by January 10, 2023 may be refunded with the following penalties:

• Up to January 10 – 50% of total contract amount refunded

• After January 10 – total registered amount is retainable or payable CTAT
